I found a very good firm in Estepona and had guttering fixed to the front of the house. They are called Canales Estebuna (yes, really!) and are based in the Poligono Industrial, tel no. 952798484. They are bilingual, all work fully guaranteed using aluminium guttering and drainpipes in a choice of 16 colours! Prices are 23€ per metre of guttering and 21€ per metre of drainpipe, inclusive of labour.
