La Sal is a small, friendly restaurant in Cancelada over the A-7 footbridge (No 14 on the Local Facilities Page). It has been fully refurbished and has expanded on last years excellent menu. Paco will give you first class service in his comfortable dining room. Highly recommended for non-rowdy families or a quiet tete-à-tete. Larger parties are recommended to book in advance 952 888369.
The food is individually prepared and the cream sauces are something to die for! Paella is a house speciality. The house red wine is particularly recommended, but there is also a wide choice of selected wines. If you have a young family there is a 'baby menu' at 5€.
