Computer programs to translate text and Web pages are expensive and are no
substitute for human translations. In the case of legal, financial, etc.
transactions the original document MUST be consulted. However computer
translations can give an approximation of the subject matter, although it may
not 'make a good read!'
This example is one of the better attempts:

To translate a Web Page
| 1. Open the page to
translate |
5. Open the link
above |
| 2. Right click on the
page |
6. Paste the Tag into the
'Translate a Web page' box (Take care not to 'double paste'
the http:// tag) |
| 3. Select Properties |
7. 'Select from and to
languages' (drop down box) |
| 4. Copy the address
'http://...........htm' tag |
8. Click 'Translate' box |
Bingo, perhaps now you can understand the page!
