This new facility offers a wide variety of homemade Eastern cuisine including Shark's Fin Soup, Sea Food Soup with Coconut Milk, Peking Duck, Prawns and Beef Hong Kong style, 'Crunchy' Duck, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Pork, Spare Ribs in BBQ Sauce, Grilled and Steamed Fish in a variety of Sauces, to name but a small selection.
